Before you order
Why does the price change with age?
Bigger sizes use more fabric, so the price goes up a little with each size. Pick your child's age at the top and every price on the page becomes the exact price for that size.
What does "made on order" mean?
Some festive pieces are stitched after you order. They take 6–8 working days to dispatch. Pieces marked "Ready to ship" dispatch in 2–3 working days. Delivery is usually 5–7 working days after dispatch.
What if the size doesn't fit?
Every order gets one free size exchange. Ask within 2 days of delivery, with the item unused, unwashed and with its tag. Items bought in a special sale can't be exchanged.

Send your child's age and what it's for. We'll suggest two or three outfits. Mon–Sat, 10am–6pm.
