- Ask within 2 daysTell us within 2 days of delivery.
- Unused, with tagThe piece must be unwashed, unused and in its original condition with the tag on.
- Sale piecesItems bought in a special sale, such as Mega Sale, can't be returned or exchanged.

- Pack it and send itPack the piece securely so it isn't damaged on the way.
- We check and send your new sizeOnce it arrives and passes inspection, we process the exchange.
