Sizing

Which size should I pick?

Sizes go by age, from 0–6 months to 9–10 years. Check the measurements in our size guide, or send us your child's age on WhatsApp and we'll help.

What if it doesn't fit?

Every order includes one free size exchange. Ask within 2 days of delivery, with the piece unused, unwashed and with its tag.

Why does the price change with size?

Bigger sizes use more fabric, so the price goes up a little with each size. The exact price shows as soon as you pick an age.

Is cash on delivery available?

Yes, on every order. COD orders have ₹50 added to the shipping charge.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 2 hours of ordering, as long as it hasn't been packed. Call us on +91 95661 31376 with your order ID.

What does "made on order" mean?

Some festive pieces are stitched after you order. They take 6–8 working days to dispatch. Pieces marked "Ready to ship" dispatch in 2–3 working days.

How long does delivery take?

Usually 5–7 working days after dispatch. Remote areas can take a little longer.

How much is shipping?

₹100 on prepaid orders, and free above ₹2,999.

Will my order arrive before Deepavali?

Order made-on-order festive pieces by 20 October. Each product page shows the delivery dates for that piece.

How do I exchange a size?

WhatsApp or call us with your order ID. We send the return address, you send the piece back, and we send the new size once it passes inspection.

When do I get my refund?

Within 5–7 working days after the returned piece passes our quality check, to the account you paid from.

Can I return sale items?

Items bought in a special sale can't be returned or exchanged.
